We want you to love your hair. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns or exchanges on bundles that are completely unopened, unworn, and unaltered — with all original packaging, ties, and seals intact. Hair that has been installed, washed, colored, cut, or styled cannot be returned.
Email us at loveextensionsa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions and a return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you right away.
