We ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you’re entering in the correct billing address that’s associated with your bank card. If you don’t enter the correct billing address your card won’t process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off and it’s only you attempted to make the transaction.

How long does shipping take?


Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Package Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.




When will my tracking number start to update?


After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please track your package at USPS.com. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service (484)798-0169.




Can I make changes to my order?


To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be changed once your payment is complete.




May I make an exchange?


Yes, you can make an exchange within EIGHT DAYS. The hair must not be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for any exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. All sales are final on custom coloring!
